This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing. Location: Lebanon, Tennessee
Situated in the heart of Middle Tennessee, Lebanon offers a welcoming community with a rich blend of cultural heritage and modern amenities. Residents enjoy access to outdoor activities, vibrant local dining, and a family-friendly atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to metropolitan areas.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- One week of on-call duties every third week
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment for cardiovascular surgeries
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures and respond to emergencies swiftly
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
- Document nursing care and surgical details accurately
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Specialized experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and related equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism
