A healthcare facility in Franklin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers a structured schedule with a mix of daytime hours and scheduled on-call rotation, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Schedule/Hours:
- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- One week of on-call duty every third week
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care within the Cardiovascular Operating Room setting.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain CVOR equipment and supplies.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
