Experienced registered nurses are sought for a dynamic cardiac vascular intensive care environment, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients with complex cardiovascular needs. In this contract role, you will deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and leading assigned nursing staff.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice.
- Demonstrated experience in a Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) or equivalent critical care setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular health conditions and interventions.
- Ability to utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care.
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
- Effective communicator with a team-focused mentality.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience within a clinical team is a plus.
