Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Active RN license with experience in CVICU or critical care nursing

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to individuals recovering from cardiac surgery or with complex cardiac conditions
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, intervene as necessary to stabilize patients
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and cardiac health
