Key Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Proficient in monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing within the Cath Lab setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor patient status, vitals, and responses throughout interventions
- Prepare and manage sterile equipment and medications
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and aftercare
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes
