Job Description

Join a specialized cardiac care team as a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, supporting advanced procedures in a dynamic clinical environment. This contract position is located in Englewood, CO, offering a schedule of four 9-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 6-week rotation for on-call duties including 1-2 nights and 1-2 weekends.

Location
Situated on the 3rd floor of the Main Building at 501 E Hampden Ave, the unit closely integrates technology and skilled staff. This Cath Lab features state-of-the-art equipment including GE X-ray, IVUS, and FFR-Phillips systems, and operates with Meditech EMR to support excellent patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care during catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures, such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, and EP studies including ablations.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of nine staff members to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain readiness for on-call duties within the call rotation, accommodating nights and weekends as required.
  • Utilize your experience in structural heart interventions (ASD/PFO) and electrophysiology to enhance procedural support and patient monitoring.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with cath lab expertise.
  • Experienced in LHC-PCI and structural heart interventions; candidates lacking these skills will not be considered.
  • Prior exposure to electrophysiology (EP) procedures is a strong advantage.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to a dynamic work environment and varied patient needs.
