Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
  • Monitor and assess patient responses during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Coordinate patient care before, during, and after catheterization procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Proven experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
