Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Monitor and assess patient responses during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Coordinate patient care before, during, and after catheterization procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Proven experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
