Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license (NY state preferred or compact eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, assisting in interventional procedures, and patient recovery
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab
- Monitor, assess, and care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to protocols for patient safety and infection control
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and support
- Accurately document patient data and procedural details
