Exciting opportunity for an experienced RN with Cath Lab expertise to provide critical care in a specialized cardiac cath and electrophysiology setting. This contract role is based in Arvada, CO, working at a prominent healthcare center that utilizes advanced cardiovascular technologies. The position offers a structured schedule with the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients undergoing interventional cardiology and structural heart procedures.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Proven experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) nursing
- Skilled in LHC-PCI and Structural Heart procedures such as ASD/PFO
- Preferred: Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures, including EP study and ablation
- Comfortable working with sophisticated equipment including GE X-ray systems, IVUS, FFR, and Phillips devices
- Adaptable and flexible to rotating call schedules

Schedule and Responsibilities
- 4 x 9-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Participate in a 6-week call rotation including 1-2 nights and 1-2 weekends on call
- Collaborate with a dedicated team on the 3rd floor within a unit specializing in cardiology and electrophysiology
- Deliver patient-centered care during procedures such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, and EP studies
- Utilize EMR systems (Meditech) to accurately document and manage patient information
