Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab or critical care setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise critical thinking and professional judgment
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, patient-centered care in the Cath Lab following the established protocols and care standards
  • Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing personnel, ensuring quality and compliance with procedures
  • Use critical thinking skills to make independent, timely decisions in patient care
  • Facilitate smooth coordination of care with physicians, technicians, and other team members
