Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district near Sacramento, CA that has an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) on a W2 contract job. 

Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of varying abilities in all grade levels and will possess strong skills in student evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP meetings. 

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with students to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
  • Attend and conduct IEP Meetings for students 


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for CCC.
  • CA SLP Licensure 
  • Experience working with students in the elementary populations
