Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Sunbelt is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collect and track data on client behavior and progress.
Assist with skill-building, communication, and social development.
Provide direct therapy and support to clients in a variety of settings (home, school, community).
Communicate regularly with BCBA and team members to ensure effective programming.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
