Virtual BCBA – Full-Time (4th Grade Student Support) – Pennsylvania

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote support to a 4th-grade student and supervise an RBT in Pennsylvania. This position offers a flexible, virtual work environment while making a direct impact on student success.

Job Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania BCBA License required.
Experience working with elementary school students, particularly in behavior management.
Prior experience supervising an RBT is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide virtual behavior support and intervention for a 4th-grade student.
Supervise and guide an RBT working directly with the student.
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student progress.
Monitor and assess data to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
