There is a hospital in Des Moines, IA in search of a Med Surg (Medical Surgical) RN (Registered Nurse) for a travel position. They are looking for a candidate with Neurology care experience.

Assignment Details:

• 13 Weeks
• 1:4 Ratio
• Possible extension based on performance
• Electronic Charting

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Nursing Program
• 2 years Med Surg experience
• Neuro Care experience
• BLS and ACLS
• IA RN License

Required for Interview:

• Current Professional Resume
• Clinical References
• 2 recent years of experience on the unit

Job Duties

• Safely administer medication
• Monitor and record vitals
• Provide treatment instructions
• Communicate MD orders
• Provide discharge instructions
