Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a position in the Millen, GA area. This role will involve providing invaluable psychological services to students within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and needs
Collaborating with school staff, parents, and outside agencies to develop and implement intervention plans
Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on student accommodations and services
Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
Supporting the school's efforts in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Georgia
Experience conducting psychological assessments and evaluations in an educational setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
