Job Description

Here at Sunbelt, we are looking for a dedicated home health registered nurse that has an active license and Basic Life Support certification with the American Heart Association to work in the city of Norwalk, CT.

Requirements:

One year of Homecare Homebase Experience
One to two years of experience in home health
OASIS experience is needed

Benefits:

Hours and Shift:

8am to 5pm
40 hours
13 week contract
