New! Salida, CA Area Hiring Paraprofessional with Behavioral Technician Experience

As a School Paraprofessional for the 2023-24 school year, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and emotional well-being. Your dedication and passion will help create a nurturing and enriching educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop individualized education plans.
Offer emotional support to students, promoting their social and emotional growth.
Supervise and ensure the safety of students during various activities.
Maintain accurate records and document student progress.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the classroom.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic educational environment.
