Job Details:
Position: General Education Teacher
Location: Near Edina, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Start Date: August 2023 - June 2024
Caseload: 4th or 5th grade

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with grade-level curriculum and state standards
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and promote their overall development
Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and their families

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Valid teaching license for Minnesota
Experience working with elementary students in a general education setting
Knowledge of current educational practices, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential
