Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: New Lenox, Illinois 

Employment Type: Full Time, for the 2024-2025 school year

Caseload: K-12, District Wide/Multiple Buildings

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse K-12 educational setting, providing support across multiple buildings within the district.


  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Deliver direct and indirect behavior intervention services to students.
  • Facilitate meetings with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to review student progress and discuss strategies for support.
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior interventionists and other team members.
  • Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and staff regarding behavior management strategies and best practices.


  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and teams.
