Job Description

Position: Operating Room Nurse

Location: Watertown, New York

Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Schedule: 7Am - 3:30Pm

Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and setting up equipment and supplies
Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and providing surgical site care
Monitor patients during surgery, including vital signs and anesthesia levels
Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the operating room
Provide education to patients and their families about their surgical experience

Requirements:

Active RN license for New York
BLS certification
Must live 60 miles away
At least 2+ years of operating room experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
