Job Description

Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a flexible, remote role to make a difference for students across Washington? We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our virtual team, providing personalized support and instruction to K-12 students. Working from home as a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to set your schedule and work independently!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluate students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using telepractice tools.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet each student’s needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions through Zoom.
  • Collaborate with students, families, and healthcare professionals to support student goals.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in telepractice and speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience with remote therapy is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with virtual communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Dedicated to providing compassionate, student-centered care.
