Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Adelanto, CA
Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Adelanto, CA area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify behaviors and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Oversee and train RBTs and other staff in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
Directly work with clients to implement interventions and monitor their progress.
Work with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

A master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited program.
Certified with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Maintain credentialing and adherence to the BACB's ethical guidelines and completing ongoing continuing education to maintain certification.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
