About the Role:

As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in our radiology department by performing MRI scans on patients using state-of-the-art equipment. You will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, and maintain a high level of quality in all procedures. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to explore a new city while utilizing your valuable skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Shift:

  • 3x12 hour shifts (Monday-Wednesday) Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
  • 1x12 hour shift (Rotating Schedule) Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • On-call every 5th Sunday and major holidays

Requirements:

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI is required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA approved program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • OR actively enrolled in an ARMRIT or ARRT registry eligible program
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
