At VocoVision, we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational support to students with diverse learning needs. We are seeking a passionate Full-Time Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students in Minnesota.
As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will:
Create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):
Develop and implement tailored plans to meet each student’s unique learning needs.
Deliver Engaging Instruction:
Provide interactive virtual lessons across a variety of subjects, adapting your approach to fit student requirements.
Track Student Progress:
Monitor and assess student performance, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed.
Collaborate Effectively:
Partner with families and fellow educators to foster a supportive learning environment.
Maintain Documentation:
Keep accurate records of student progress and IEP developments.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Licensure:
Valid Special Education license in Minnesota.
Experience:
Previous experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using technology for effective remote teaching.
Collaborative Environment:
Access to a supportive clinical and technical team.
Comprehensive Toolkit:
Utilize a range of resources for effective lesson planning and execution.
