Job Duties

Responsible for providing ongoing technical assistance and programmatic guidance to delegate agency staff, including assisting with monitoring of clinical procedures.
Ensure the program meets all patient safety requirements, and implements best practices around vaccinations.
Ensure FCC nurses provided high quality patient education and connect patients with medical homes as well as ancillary services and resources based on their individual needs.
Ensure the program is adhering to standards of care and data management and security regulations.

Job Details

35-40 hours a week
Flexible hours

Skill Requirements

Maternal and/or infant health experience;
Supervisory skills
Program implementation
QA/QI work

Job Requirements

Licensed RN in State of Illinois
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing accredited by the National League of Nursing or an approved foreign credential evaluation supplemented by two years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
