Job Duties

  • Responsible for providing ongoing technical assistance and programmatic guidance to delegate agency staff, including assisting with monitoring of clinical procedures. 
  • Ensure the program meets all patient safety requirements, and implements best practices around vaccinations.
  • Ensure FCC nurses provided high quality patient education and connect patients with medical homes as well as ancillary services and resources based on their individual needs.
  • Ensure the program is adhering to standards of care and data management and security regulations.

  • 35-40 hours a week

Skill Requirements 

  • Maternal and/or infant health experience;
  • Supervisory skills
  • Program implementation
  • QA/QI work

Job Requirements

  • Licensed RN in State of Illinois
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing accredited by the National League of Nursing or an approved foreign credential evaluation supplemented by two years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
