Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse

Unit: Medical Surgical

Location: Chandler, AZ

There is a facility in Chandler, AZ actively interviewing for an experienced Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending. Travelers must have a minimum of two recent years of experience on the unit.

Assignment Details:

Candidates cannot have worked in AZ in the past year.
13 Weeks
Nights
36 hours per week
Possible extension based on performance
EMR: Cerner

Education and Certification Requirements:

Degree from an accredited Nursing Program
BLS and ACLS
AZ or Compact License

Required for Interview:

Current Professional Resume
Clinical References
2 recent years of experience on the unit

Job Duties

Safely administer medication
Monitor and record vitals
Provide treatment instructions
Communicate MD orders
Provide discharge instructions
