Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care facility in Montrose, CO.

This is a 13-week contract position offering full-time employment, with a commitment of 40 hours per week on the evening shift.

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with transferring and positioning residents.
  • Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting.
  • Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
  • Completed COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Shift Details:

  • Shift: Evening
  • Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Shift Duration: 8 hours per day
