Job Title: Home Health LPN - 13-Week Contract
Location: Hinesville, GA

Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week home health contract in Hinesville, GA. This role is ideal for an experienced LPN committed to providing high-quality care in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care in a home health setting
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using the Home Care Home Base system

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience
Proficiency in the Home Care Home Base charting system
Active LPN license in the state of Georgia

Contract Details:

13-week assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs
