We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Geneva, NY. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team on a full-time for a 13-week contract assignment. The LPN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.


  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with resident activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Document resident care activities and maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families


  • Valid LPN license in the state of New York
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
