Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health RN for a travel contract in Salem, Oregon. Join us and bring your nursing expertise to patients who need care in the comfort of their homes.

Position Highlights:

Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Day shift, flexible hours
Assignment: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
Qualifications:

Active Oregon RN license and BLS certification
1-2 years of recent Home Health experience
Proficiency in OASIS assessments and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
Strong organizational and assessment skills

Key Duties:

Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored care plans
Provide high-quality nursing care and educate patients and families
Complete timely and accurate OASIS documentation
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
