Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

1:1 Position

Job Summary: We are hiring a registered nurse to join our school healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing healthcare to individual patients and extensive experience in tracheostomy care

Responsibilities:

Assess and address the immediate health needs of a student and providing treatment and care as needed
Assist the student with physical tasks and aide throughout the school day
Develop and maintain individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions, ensuring appropriate care and accommodations.
Collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, and healthcare professionals to create personalized healthcare plans for students with special health needs.
Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency medical services if necessary.

Qualifications:

Current registered nurse (RN) license in NJ.
Experience providing 1:1 care and managing patient trach needs
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding when working with children and adolescents.
