Long Term Care LPN - Vent Unit

Sunbelt has an immediate need for a travel LPN in a Rochester, NY facility. This contract is a 13 week opportunity with This placement is on a Ventilator Unit. 

Assignment: 

• 13 week assignment
• 36 hour work week
• Schedule will be blocked every 6 weeks
• 6 weekend shifts will be scheduled

Requirements: 

• NY LPN License
• BLS
• 2 years of LPN experience
• 2 years of chronic ventilator experience

Job Duties: 

• Admitting new residents
• Assisting physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
• Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
• Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ health
