A local Long Term Care facility is looking to bring on a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a contractual basis for an 8-Week Contract.

Job Details: 

• 8-Week Contract, possibility to extend
• Full-Time, 36 hours
• Midnight Shift, 7p-7a
• 120-bed SNF 
• Medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k 

Job Requirements: 

• Active WV LPN License
• Active WV Cares
• Active AHA BLS
• At least 1 year of SNF experience
• At least 2 years of LPN experience
• Joint Commission Onboarding
