Location: Woodland, IN

Seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher for an exciting opportunity near Woodland, IN! We are hiring a full-time position to work with middle school students (6-8) in an inclusive school district.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instruction to meet the unique learning needs of middle school students with diverse abilities
Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt and modify curriculum materials for inclusivity
Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom environment
Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Support students in developing their social and emotional skills to thrive in an inclusive setting

Requirements:

Must be a valid US citizen
A valid license as a Special Education Teacher
Proven experience working with middle school students with diverse needs
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
