Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Near Malone, Texas
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Caseload: Self- Contained with intellectual and behavioral disabilities

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instruction and support in an elementary life skills classroom
Create and implement personalized education plans for 4-5 students
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to support students' growth and development
Utilize creative teaching strategies and adaptive materials to meet the unique needs of each student
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a comprehensive and student-centered approach

Requirements:

Must be a US citizen
Valid Texas State license as a Special Education Teacher
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
Experience working with elementary students in a life skills classroom
Ability to work full-time, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, every weekday
Patience, compassion, and a genuine dedication to supporting students with diverse learning needs
