Special Education teacher for 2023 - 2024 school year!
Location: Goodyear, AZ

Overview: We are seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher for an impactful full-time position near Goodyear, AZ. Join our team to work with high school students facing behavioral issues, making a positive difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to high school students with behavioral challenges
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to address their unique needs
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students with behavioral issues
Collaborate with school staff and parents to address student concerns and progress
Implement behavior management strategies and interventions effectively

Requirements:

Valid Arizona Special Education License
Previous experience working with high school students with behavioral issues is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
