Job Details:
Position: Licensed Special Education Teacher
Location: Near Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM 8/21/2023 - 6/12/2024

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to middle and high school students with mild to moderate needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' unique abilities and learning styles
Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusive classrooms and support students' academic progress
Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to foster student engagement and growth
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Requirements:

Valid Oregon State license as a Special Education Teacher
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
Experience working with middle and high school students with mild to moderate needs
