LICENSED SCHOOL COUNSELOR - AUBURN, WA

Sunbelt is working with a district in the Auburn, Washington area to hire a licensed and dedicated school counselor. The school counselor will provide a range of services including mental health, academic and behavioral counseling.

Details:

Contract 12 month position with high chance of renewal
Full time 37.5-40 hours/ week
Onsite M-F schedule
Competitive hourly rates with health, vision and dental benefits available

Job duties & responsibilities:

Provide assistance to students, parents and teachers with problem solving and interventions when needed
Provide counseling services to school aged children
Serve as a mental health expert and leader of social and emotional development within the community.
Support student learning and well being

Qualifications:

Washington school counselor credentials
Masters degree in psychology, education, social work or related field
Experience working in a school setting
