Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist for a Home Health LPN role in Bedford, TX, for a 26-week contract. Responsibilities include patient grooming, vital sign monitoring, performing EKGs, and maintaining accurate charting documentation.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient grooming
Monitor vital signs
Conduct EKGs
Maintain accurate charting documentation
Utilize portal communications
Schedule patient appointments

Requirements:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 1-3 years of experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Availability for a 26-week contract
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license

Hours

Monday - Friday
7am-4pm
