Level 1 Trauma Surgery RN

A travel Surgery RN is needed in Newark, NJ for a Level 1 Trauma Center. This hospital has over 600 beds and is nationally recognized as a Magnet Hospital. 

Job Description: 

• Scrub or Circulate Role 
• 13 weeks
• 8 or 10 hour shifts 
• On call is preferred 
• Operating Room Surgery RN 
• Direct patient care 
• Communicates with staff, patients, and family as needed 
• EPIC Charting 
• Cases - Ortho, Trauma, Robotics, Neuro, General, and GYN

Minimum Job Requirements: 

• 1 year of OR RN experience within the past 12 months 
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Experience with cases mentioned above 
• Extensive Trauma Surgery experience 
• NJ RN License 

Education Requirement: 

• RN degree - 2 or 4 year
