Schedule:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- Day shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
- Experience processing specimens, operating laboratory equipment, and reporting accurate results
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems
- Comprehensive understanding of laboratory safety and infection control standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and complex lab testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, or other relevant clinical areas
- Perform quality control, equipment calibration, and maintenance procedures to ensure reliable results
- Evaluate specimen integrity and validity, documenting and reporting findings according to established protocols
- Collaborate with clinicians and fellow laboratory staff to support patient care decisions
- Adhere to established procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
