Advance your clinical expertise in an engaging laboratory setting with an opportunity for skilled Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Technicians. This contract position offers a distinctive schedule and the chance to work with a collaborative team committed to high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

• 8/17 start date
• Seven consecutive 10-hour night shifts (9:00 PM 7:00 AM), followed by seven days off
• Rotating biweekly schedule (70 hours in two weeks)
• Schedule runs Friday through Thursday, ending each week on Thursday

Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or closely related field
• Experience in a clinical laboratory (hospital or reference lab preferred)
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and workflow
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Collaborative spirit with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology
• Analyze and document laboratory data promptly and accurately
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely communication of critical results
• Support laboratory operations, including specimen processing and inventory management
