Job Description

A Homecare agency in Shreveport, LA is looking for a Registered Nurse for a full time contract. The Registered Nurse will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
5-6 home visits per day
25-30 units weekly

The ideal Registered Nurse will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
Admissions / Case Management experience desired
Current LA State Registered Nurse License
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS proficiency – 24-48 hour turnaround
Homecare Homebase experience required
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Clear background and ability to pass a drug screen
