Provide Therapy & Supervise COTAs
Direct & Indirect Services

Work Hours:
Full-Time (Mon-Fri)
Part-Time (Flexible)

Requirements:
AZ Occupational Therapist License
Pediatrics Experience (Preferred)
Mentorship Provided
