K-12 School psychologist Opportunity -Full School Year
 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify students’ needs and strengths.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Lead crisis intervention efforts and provide support during emergencies.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
  • Promote a positive school climate through various mental health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid state of North Carolina certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
