Job Description

Position: Operating Room Nurse

Type of Work: Contract

Location: Juneau, AK

There is a facility in Alaska actively interviewing for an experienced travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending and is for days. Days
36 hours per week
- 7 AM - 7 PM
Possible extension based on performance
Electronic Charting
Some call may be required
Associate Degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
BLS/ACLS
Alaska RN License
Current Professional Resume
Clinical References
2 recent years of experience on the unit
- Ability to Scrub and Circulate
- Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery, Neuro, Open Heart, Ophthalmology, and ENT
- Monitor patient under sedation
- Communicate patient needs with O.R Team
- Electronically document procedure
- Maintain an organized and sterile work area
