About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Travel IR Technologist (IR Tech) to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated IR Tech to utilize their expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Travel IR Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting our interventional radiology department by performing a variety of imaging procedures using fluoroscopy and angiography equipment.


  • Perform fluoroscopic and angiography procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Position patients for optimal image acquisition.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
  • Process and prepare contrast media for procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Document procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a sterile environment.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and educational opportunities.


  • 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday)
  • No call, weekends, or holidays
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM


  • ARRT (Cardiovascular) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IR Tech in a hospital setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of fluoroscopy and angiography principles
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced environment
