Job Description

Join our esteemed healthcare team in Atlanta, Georgia, as an Interventional Radiology RN for an exciting 13-week contract opportunity. With a focus on day shifts, you'll have the chance to utilize your expertise in interventional procedures while contributing to exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the interventional radiology team to provide outstanding patient care during a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and administration of medications as required.
Monitor patients' vital signs, responses to medications, and overall condition throughout procedures.
Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
Foster a supportive and patient-centered care environment, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.

Qualifications:

Active RN license and a minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience as an Interventional Radiology Nurse.
Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures and patient care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the medical team and support optimal patient outcomes.
Availability for day shifts to contribute to seamless patient care.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
