Job Description

Sunbelt has an immediate need for a School Psychologist in the Falls Church, Virginia area for the remainder of the current school year.  

Job Details:

  • Full time contract position for the rest of this school year, with strong long term potential for the right fit
  • Specific caseload details to be determined through the interview process, factoring experience, preference, and district needs
  • Responsibilities include:
    • conducting observations, assessments, and evaluations
    • establishing new or updating existing IEPs
    • attend eligibility and IEP meetings
    • providing consult services
    • ensuring compliance with designated timelines
  • Requirements:
    • Virginia Pupil Personnel Services license with School Psychologist endorsement
    • experience conducting evaluations and eligibility assessments, writing and presenting reports, and active involvement in multi-disciplinary team meetings
    • technological proficiency in the area of data collection, interpretation, and management
