Immediate Hire Fulltime Elementary School Nurse – Concord, NH
An elementary school near the Concord, NH area has an opening for a school nurse. This is a full-time position for the 23/24 school year.

Caseload Details:

  • Work closely with the student, their family, and medical professionals to develop and implement an individualized healthcare plan.


  • Provide continuous medical care and monitoring to the student throughout the school day, addressing any medical needs that may arise.


  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, adhering to medical protocols and school policies.


  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other school staff to ensure the student's seamless integration into the classroom environment.
  • Monitor the student's condition, vital signs, and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.


  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers to provide updates on the student's health and progress.


  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for the student.


  • Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.



  • Must have an active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire (will accept an active compact license)
  • Certified School Nurse license a plus but not required


  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check


  • Must be authorized to work in the US
